Congratulations to Our SIASU Union Branch Representatives!

At SIASU, we believe that strong union leadership starts with continuous learning. That’s why we are thrilled to announce that several of our dedicated branch representatives have successfully completed the OTC Institute Foundation Programme. This programme is a vital step in equipping our union leaders with essential knowledge and skills in industrial relations, ensuring they are well-prepared to serve our members effectively.

The Foundation Programme covers the basics of engaging with management and navigating industrial relations key skills needed to uphold the spirit of tripartism. By understanding these principles, our representatives are better positioned to work collaboratively with employers, advocate for workers’ rights, and foster a harmonious workplace environment.

These dedicated unionists receive their certificates at a Graduation Ceremony on Saturday, 30 November 2024, at the Stephen Riady Auditorium, NTUC Centre. We are honored to have Mrs. Josephine Teo, Minister for Digital Development and Information and Chairperson of the OTC Institute Board of Governors, as the Guest-of-Honour for this special occasion.
