2024 CPAS Event
Another day of how our hearts were warmed by the priceless smiles and appreciation from the CPAS students and individuals! And how these amazing people have inspired us all with their strength and resilience.
2024 CPAS event took place on Wednesday, 6 November 2024. Once again, led by Chairman for Care & Share Abdul Ghani, our fellow delegates joined him hand in hand in continuing our charitable efforts engaging with the students and individuals at CPAS.
A big thank you to the volunteers – SIASU VP Jumadi (SIAECO), SIASU GS Taufik (SIAECO), SIASU VP Syed (SIN Sales), SIASU AGS Deven (SIAECO), Treasurer Imbran (SIAECO), SIASU ES Sita (CSO), Sister Connie (FltOps), Sister Doris (Mktg Planning), Sister Indra (SIAED), Sister Sharon (SIACC), Sister Norleena (SIACC), Sister Adeline (SIACC), Brother Clarddy (SIAECO), Sister Megarwati (SIAECO).Brother Aru (SIAECO)and Brother Ikram (ESA).
After the 2-hour bowling session, we adjourned back to CPAS Center. It was lunch time! A familiar and comforting aroma that brought smiles to the faces of students and individuals as they gathered for a special KFC lunch sponsored by SIASU. Our Brothers and Sisters mingled with them and helped with the distribution, at the same time assisting any who had trouble opening their meal pack.
Before photo taking session started, Brother Abdul Ghani started off with a thank you speech and then handed the mic over to GS Brother Taufik who gave a short speech. A brushstroke of gratitude, SIASU was gifted a beautiful piece of artwork painted by one of the students.
At 2pm, the customary photo booth was ready and everyone were all waiting anxiously for the opportunity to capture precious moments of themselves and friends, creating lasting keepsakes. Witnessing the smiles and laughter during the session was so incredibly uplifting for the volunteers, reminded us of the positive impact we were making.
The whole event ended at 4pm. It was a fulfilling day for all of us. We would like to thank the students and individuals at CPAS for the fulfilling day.
